Use the Results tab of the Password Utility screen to view the executed results. Once you have selected employees in the Results tab, select the Update button to complete the work.
Group Box
This group box will be displayed if you selected
Grant Access as the
Action and
Seat for the
License Type. The title of this group box depends on the selected
Module. If you selected
Web Time as the
Module (on the Criteria tab),
Web Time will be the title of this group box. If you selected
Web Expense as the
Module, this group box will be titled
Web Expense. If you selected
Web Self Service as the
Module, this group box will be titled
Web Self Service. This grouping allows you to see the number of seat licenses that are available to you for granting access.

Results Table
The employees that display in the Results tab table are determined by the criteria you selected in the Criteria tab. The number of employees displayed is determined by the number supplied in the
Max Table Rows field in the General Options tab of the General Configuration screen. If there are more employees to be displayed, the More button will appear on the bottom of the screen.
The employees display in
Employee Name order. A column for Web Time, Web Expense, and Web Self Service will display if your company is licensed for all products.

Employee Name

This non-editable column displays the name of the employee. If the system is configured to show employee IDs, the ID, in parentheses, will display after the employee name.

Web Time
|
This non-editable column displays the type of license assigned to the employee for Web Time. The options are:
- None - The employee is not currently licensed for Web Time.
- Seat - The employee currently has a seat license for Web Time.
- Trans - The employee currently has a transactional license for Web Time.

Web Expense
|
This non-editable column displays the type of license assigned to the employee for Web Expense. The possible options are:
- None - The employee is not currently licensed for Web Expense.
- Seat - The employee currently has a seat license for Web Expense.
- Trans - The employee currently has a transactional license for Web Expense.

Web Self Service
|
This non-editable column displays the type of license assigned to the employee for Web Self Service. The options are:
- None - The employee is not currently licensed for Web Self Service.
- Seat - The employee currently has a seat license for Web Self Service.

Select All
|
To select all employees, select the check box in the upper left corner of the Results table. All rows will automatically have the check boxes selected. To deselect all rows, uncheck the check box in the upper left corner and all rows will be automatically unchecked. To select an individual row, select the check box to the left of that row.
The Update button will not be enabled unless you select employees in the Results tab table.

Select the Update button to update the database with your chosen criteria.
If you selected
Grant Access and attempt to grant more licenses than you have available, the system will display the following error message when Web Time is selected as the
Module: "Deltek Time seat licenses exceeded."
If you selected
Grant Access and attempt to grant more licenses than you have available, the system will display the following error message when Web Expense is selected as the
Module: "Deltek Expense seat licenses exceeded."
If you selected
Grant Access and attempt to grant more licenses than you have available, the system will display the following error message when Web Self Service is selected as the
Module: "Deltek Self Service seat licenses exceeded."
If you selected
Reset Password as the
Action, the selected employee's password will be set to his Government ID from the Employee Information screen.
When the updating is complete, the system will display the following message:
Process completed successfully. The table will be refreshed.
